The MSHA website does have links to other websites. Those wishing to link on the website need to make inquiries to the MSHA Central Office. The website policy of MSHA indicates certain criteria for such linking:

  1. Requests are granted by the website committee initially and reviewed annually.
  2. MSHA reserves the right to remove links as deemed necessary.
  3. The link format is text only with no graphics or logos permitted.
  4. Endorsement of a particular company, product, or service is not permitted.
