Convention Volunteer

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
April 1-3, 2012
Tan-Tar-A Resort
Osage Beach, Missouri

Enjoy all the fun of volunteering the 53 Convention by volunteerin. The MSHA Convention would not be able to function without the generous support of our many volunteers. If you have volunteered in the past, you hope we can count on you again. We always welcome new volunteers as well!

As a volunteer, you will:

  • need no prior experience;
  • be given a short training session and written instructions;
  • be assigned to help at a session you are already registered to attend;
  • have a reserved seat at the session;
  • have a guaranteed handout;
  • be acknowledged at the President’s Luncheon and in the MSHA News; and
  • receive a gift.

Check any or all positions for which you are willing to volunteer. You will be contacted by the Volunteer Committee Chair prior to Convention with your assignments and training information. This year training will be by e-mail. The volunteer Chairs will also be available at the check-in area during convention for you to pick up packets and obtain any additional information.

Simply complete the form below and check any or all positions in which you are willing to volunteer. The Volunteer Committee Chair will contact you prior to convention to inform you of your assignment(s).
