CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
April 16-18, 2010
Tan-Tar-A Resort
Osage Beach, Missouri


Enjoy all the fun of the 51st Anniversary,
by volunteering at the Convention. The MSHA Convention would not be able to function without the generous support of our many volunteers. If you have volunteered in the past, you hope we can count on you again. We always welcome new volunteers as well!

 

As a volunteer, you will:

bullet

need no prior experience;

bullet

be given a short training session and written instructions;

bullet

be assigned to help at a session you are already registered to attend;

bullet

have a reserved seat at the session;

bullet

have a guaranteed handout;

bullet

be acknowledged at the President’s Luncheon and in the MSHA News; and

bullet

receive a gift.

 

Check any or all positions for which you are willing to volunteer. You will be contacted by the Volunteer Committee Chair prior to Convention with your assignment.

Simply complete the form below and check any or all positions in which you are willing to volunteer. The Volunteer Committee Chair will contact you prior to convention to inform you of your assignment(s).

CONVENTION VOLUNTEER FORM

I will serve any volunteer position as needed.

Lead Volunteer:  introduces the speaker, and assists with any problems during the session.

Assistant Volunteer:  Assists lead volunteer as needed (handouts, door prize drawings, etc.)

Student Volunteer: May assist in sessions, exhibit hall, registration area, silent auction, etc.
